An earthquake measuring 4.6 struck the southeastern Turkish province of Kahramanmaras on Saturday, March 18.

This was reported by the “Anadolu” agency with reference to the Office for the prevention and liquidation of the consequences of emergency situations under the government of Turkey.

The tremors occurred at 08:14 local time (07:14 Kyiv time). The epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Heksun region, the focus was at a depth of seven kilometers.

There are no reports of casualties or damage yet.

As you know, the Kahramanmaras province was significantly affected by the devastating earthquake of February 6, in which more than 45 thousand people died.
