two gold medals for two cuvées from the PGI Cité de Carcassonne : Préchanel 2022, a vintage with a lot of elegance in the coupage and a subtle wood; and Carsac 2022, a dark red cuvée with red fruit aromas that goes well with all kinds of food.
two silver medals for two cuvées (rosé wine and white wine) still in the PGI Cité de Carcassonne : Audène 2022, this Syrah seduces with its beautiful pale pink color with bluish reflections. The nose is rich and expressive with notes of red berries. On the palate it is pleasant and sweet; and Carsac blanc 2022, this bold dry Gewurztraminer will bring originality to the tables.
